SHIPPING POLICY

Prosperio Technologies Pvt. Ltd (“we and us”) is the operator of Whitelabel.co.in. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General Shipping Terms:
1. All independent designers/brands ship orders directly from their respective offices, packaged with care and shipped through our logistics partner (Shiprocket).

2. Once an order is placed, customers receive a confirmation email and our designers aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In most cases your order should be at your doorstep within 7-10 business days.

3. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification from our end and a tracking number that is valid on the allotted courier company’s website for you to track.

4. All customers are responsible for providing a full valid shipping address and correct contact details to reach out. White Label won’t and can’t be held liable for loss of shipment due to incorrect details.

5. Deliveries are to be expected between Monday-Friday during normal business hours (excluding national and state holidays). Our partners will attempt to deliver your goods a maximum of 2 times. If a customer is still unreachable then the shipment is returned back to the designer directly or to whitelabel555@gmail.com Any further shipping attempts will incur an additional charge.

6. Any delays or an extended delivery time quoted by the shipping partner is their responsibility and not of White Label. However, you can reach out to us on help whitelabel555@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist for a quick resolution.

7. If your goods are damaged in-transit while shipping, please reach out to us by raising a support ticket from your White Label profile or reach out to us at help whitelabel555@gmail.com, be sure to attach clear images of the damage and we’ll be happy to assist you.
